Your first vist to Iron Bridge Family and Cosmetic Dentistry establishes a vital foundation to our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this first page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can even save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. Please remember to bring these completed forms to our office along with your picture ID and your insurance card so that we can file your insurance with your carrier.If you have current x-rays that were taken at your previous dental office, please obtain them and bring them with you on your first visit with us. X-rays that are 3 yrs or less are considered current x-rays.
As you get comfortable with us, know we have your best health in mind. Our staff and doctor will perform a "Smile Assessment", review your x-rays on the monitors with you, and evaluate the alignment of your teeth. Properly aligned teeth make the foundation for a mouth that will be easy to maintain and chew with....not to mention to use for your beautiful smile.
